About Vivid Building Design
Welcome to Vivid Building Design. We specialise in custom building design and drafting services in North East Victoria and the Border region. Vivid provides a complete range of building design and drafting services for projects, from small renovations, all scales of alterations and additions, new homes, multi residential developments and commercial projects.
We manage every aspect of the design and documentation process from initial concept design, through design development, town planning and ultimately construction documentation, including coordination of our trusted external consultants which are required throughout the process.
Director of Vivid, Brendan Jenvey is a Registered Building Designer with over 15 years of industry experience across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This experience allows for integration of the latest building and design innovation into designs while providing the highest quality service for your next building project.
Brendan's passion for architectural design and construction methods runs deep, tracing its roots to his upbringing in a 3rd generation building family. This heritage instilled in him an appreciation for the craft.
